Lucinda joined Chalk & Behrendt in 2020, having previously worked as a planning and environment lawyer for over 10 years in Sydney law firms, including a mid-tier Sydney law firm as a lawyer and senior associate.
She has a broad range of experience in all types of property development and planning and environment law. She has previously worked for developers, builders, insurers, certifiers and private owners. She has appeared in the Supreme Court and in the Land and Environment Court in Class 1, 3, 4 and 5 matters, including development appeals, matters relating to enforcement of development consent conditions, as well as easement matters.
Lucinda has also acted on a number of contamination and waste matters and has drafted a wide range of different types of agreements. During her time at Chalk & Behrendt, she has assisted LALCs with overall planning and strategic advice in relation to their lands and in relation to governance matters.
